Ideal candidates are relationship driven, and interested in being a part of a team of great community bankers; provide sales leadership and expertise in Cash Management and Commercial Deposit products; demonstrate leadership and collaboration in accomplishing department accountabilities of sales & marketing, customer service, onboarding, product training, and risk management; have demonstrated strengths in networking and building customer relationships; are able to jump in and help customers with servicing needs, have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; are familiar with FiServ Premier, and hold CTP or AAP designation. Qualifications include: 5-10 years banking background with a minimum of 3-5 years in Cash Management sales and/or support.
