Ideal candidates are relationship driven, hard-working and interested in being a part of a team of great community bankers. have demonstrated strengths in networking and building customer relationships, possess strong knowledge and experience in small to mid-sized business lending, and enjoy working in an environment of collaboration with other lenders, credit and loan servicing teams. Mid-level experience 3-10 years. In the position long enough to know you love it and want to make a career of it. C&I, CRE, SBA Preferred Lender loan products available.
Opportunity Details
Seed portfolio with over 50 active relationships – estimated $14MM in loans. Opportunities available within our customer base and established networks to work with Spanish speaking, and women-owned businesses. Local business lending focus throughout the 7 county metro area.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits; the role is market priced based on length and type of experience demonstrated.
