We are looking for a great community banker interested in joining our team as the Retail Banking Manager.
Management role for our Retail Team involved in helping customers succeed! Our bankers provide account services, consumer and home equity loans, referrals, teller transactions and more.
This role works with the teams at all three branches providing direct supervision for the Assistant Retail Manager at each location and indirect supervision for their teams; coverage if necessary; training; new hire onboarding; coaching and mentoring for success; product knowledge and system support; referrals leadership; and promotion of bank initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of community banking experience, including consumer and home equity lending, and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Ideal candidates are motivated to develop, encourage, and retain a team of great bankers. The role is market priced based on experience and strengths in leadership, communication and collaboration, customer service and sales, bank products and services knowledge, technology utilization, problem-solving, professionalism, and flexibility.
