We are looking for someone who loves to help people. Ideal candidates have strengths in phone banking and customer service, troubleshooting, overall bank products & services knowledge, technology aptitude, communication, problem resolution and multi-tasking.
This is a full time role on the Retail Team supporting BankCherokee. Key responsibilities include providing general banking information, answering a variety of personal & business banking questions and loan questions via phone and email, completing online banking enrollment and troubleshooting, providing product referrals, making outbound calls for service follow up, completing maintenance requests, and documenting important customer notes. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with rotating Saturday coverage from 8:30am to 12pm.
