This is a full time role on the Retail Team supporting BankCherokee. Key areas of support include bank phone lines, Smith Branch retail team, retail leadership, and main office administration. The CSR: greets, directs, and provides customer service to customers calling BankCherokee and visiting the Smith Branch; assists retail team in a variety of customer service support needs (ie: banker support for customers waiting, basic service requests, check order processing, lobby/branch administration, SDB vault primary access contact, product knowledge and referrals); handles daily courier and mail details; completes safe deposit box administration; prepares various customer mailings; assists with supply needs; and provides project support; acts as a receptionist and administrative assistant.
