Your privacy is important to us. If you’ve used the BankCherokee Android app and would like to request deletion of your app-related data, please complete the form below. This request applies only to data collected and stored through our mobile app.

What Gets Deleted

  • App profile and login credentials
  • Mobile app usage data
  • Push notification preferences

What Remains

  • Your core banking data (e.g., account history, transactions) will not be deleted, as it is retained per federal banking regulations.
