Cash Management Services Manager

We’re looking for a Cash Management Services Manager to provide dedicated leadership for this growing area of our business and ensure high‑quality onboarding, service delivery, and risk management across our cash management services. This position combines people leadership with deep operational expertise, ensuring strong execution while balancing client needs, regulatory requirements, and risk.
Job Opportunity
The Cash Management Services Manager leads the Cash Management Support team and owns the end‑to‑end cash management experience for business clients. This includes client onboarding and implementation, solution analysis and adoption, service quality, and the overall risk, compliance, and control framework. The role balances hands‑on operational expertise with team leadership, collaboration with relationship managers, and a focus on scalability as the bank grows.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, develop, and support the Cash Management Support team through clear expectations, regular communication, and ongoing coaching
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and strong service standards
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure adherence to employment policies and best practices
Client Onboarding and Implementation
- Own the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation process for business cash management services
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant setup of ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and related services
- Establish and manage onboarding timelines, priorities, and service standards
- Take responsibility for implementation quality, cycle time, and client readiness at go‑live
Client Analysis, Solutions, and Service Adoption
- Review and guide client activity and usage analysis to support appropriate product configurations, limits, and controls
- Partner with relationship managers and the Cash Management Officer on client discussions and service recommendations
- Ensure clients receive effective training and reach confident, consistent use of cash management services
Risk, Compliance, and Controls
- Own the risk, compliance, and control framework for cash management services
- Ensure appropriate user entitlements, transaction limits, approvals, and control structures are consistently applied
- Support ACH/NACHA compliance, fraud mitigation, audits, and regulatory reviews
- Conduct or coordinate periodic cash management client risk reviews and follow up actions
- Maintain required policies, procedures, and documentation
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a key point of coordination between Cash Management, Operations, Digital Banking/IT, and Commercial Lending teams
- Translate client and business needs into scalable operational processes
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and efficiency initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced banking professional who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and partnering across teams to deliver a consistent, reliable client experience. Ideal candidates may have the following:
- College degree or equivalent experience; additional training in career-related courses
- 10+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in cash management or a related area
- At least 2 years of people management or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of bank core systems, products, services, and supporting technologies
- Sound judgment with the ability to balance client experience, operational needs, and risk considerations

- Competitive salary and benefits package: Salary range commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience—including base pay from $85,000 to $110,000 plus incentives.
