Brianne has been designing and building high end custom wood furniture since 2016 and in mid-2023 she was looking for financing to help open her first brick and mortar retail location. Brianne and BankCherokee were connected via the SBA Lender Match program. While Brianne received a fair amount of follow up from other banks, we reached out with an email that felt more personal and ultimately were able to get an in-person meeting scheduled within a few days. With interest rates on the rise, BankCherokee was able to offer some attractive fixed rate options, as well as offer a HELOC to help provide the total financing package.

It was a perfect partnership! Even though she hadn’t quite identified a location at that point, the above financing gave her the peace of mind that she could look around and not have to worry about settling on a location just to lock in her interest rate. Brianne ultimately went from looking in a different area, to finding this location on Lake Street in Wayzata that is absolutely perfect for her business.
Flash forward to November 2023, Brianne celebrated the grand opening of their very first brick and mortar retail location in Wayzata, MN!
BankCherokee is so grateful to have been able to help Brianne and commend her for all the hard work she put into this project. Make sure to check them out next time you’re in the area! Visit the Timber & Tulip website to shop some more:
