Ideal candidates have strengths in building customer relationships, possess strong knowledge in banking, understand commercial credit, and enjoy working in an environment of collaboration with other lenders, credit, and loan servicing teams.
Works with Commercial Lenders to develop and manage a quality commercial loan portfolio with an emphasis on small to mid-sized business lending, including C&I, CRE, and SBA products. Provides high-level customer service and builds strong banking relationships. Within the portfolio, generates additional lending and account services opportunities.
