Compliance & Disclosures
  1. Transaction Transaction is defined as each individual item, including but not limited to: checks paid, ACH debit or credit items, ATM withdrawals, debit card transactions, transfers, deposits, and deposit tickets. For deposits, the deposit ticket counts as one transaction and each item included within the deposit counts as a separate transaction, regardless of how the deposit is made.
  2. Subject to approval.
  3. Earnings Credit: A non-cash credit to your checking account that is an offset against your service charges.
  4. Uncollected funds charge: The portion of the deposit not yet collected. If a negative collected balance occurs during the statement period, it will be charged interest at 4% + prime as published daily in the Wall Street Journal.
