Prefer to Take Action Yourself?

You can temporarily disable your debit card within Digital Banking while you search for your card or determine whether it has been lost or stolen.

3. Turn your debit card Off 

Mobile App:

1. Select More (three dots) in the lower-right corner of the screen 
2. Select Services 
3. Select Debit Card Controls 
4. Turn your debit card Off 

Important: Temporarily disabling your card can help prevent unauthorized transactions while you locate your card. If your card has been lost or stolen, we still recommend contacting us to permanently protect your account and discuss replacement options.
