BankCherokee will be closed on Monday, June 20th, in observance of Juneteenth, a Federal Holiday. June 19th marks the date in 1865 when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas to ensure the last enslaved people in the United States be set free, more than two years after President Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation.
Any online transfer requested after 6 pm on Friday, June 17, will be processed on Tuesday, June 21.
ACH Customers: since the Federal Reserve Bank will be closed on Monday, any ACH file with an effective date of 7/20 will be processed on 7/21. If you would like the file processed on Friday, please adjust your effective date to 7/16 and submit your file no later than 3:00 p.m. Thursday (7/16).
