Types of Loans
- Cherokee Express Small Business Line – a business revolving line of credit with a limit of up to $25,000.
- Cherokee Express Small Business Loan – a business term loan of up to $75,000.
Needed Documentation
- Two years of business tax returns.
- One year of personal tax returns from each Guarantor (unless the business reports to the
Schedule C of the personal tax returns, in which case two years of personal tax returns is
required).
Eligibility
- Eligible applicants:
- Sole Proprietorships
- Limited Liability Companies
- Corporations (S or C-Corps)
- Partnerships (GP, LP, LLP, or LLLP)
- Ineligible applicants:
- Non-Profits
- Entities with less than two years in business
Terms
- The maximum term available for the “Cherokee Express Small Business Line” (revolving line of credit) is 3 years.
- The maximum term available for the “Cherokee Express Small Business Loan” (term loan) is 5 years.
