Job Summary
Develops and maintains a quality commercial loan portfolio with an emphasis on small to mid-sized business lending, including C&I, CRE, and SBA products. Provides high-level customer service and builds strong banking relationships. Develops internal and external referral sources. Generates loan volume, fee income, and full banking relationships helping the team achieve goals. Manages a quality loan portfolio. Active participant in loan committee and community organizations.
