Check Card After Hours Fraud Monitoring

BankCherokee has partnered with our Check Card issuer, Fiserv EFT, to provide after-hours fraud monitoring. In certain instances, Fiserv EFT may contact you to discuss card activity in order to determine if it is legitimate or if the card has been compromised. If contact is made with an answering machine or another party, Fiserv EFT will say they are calling from the Fraud Detection Center and will leave their call back number which is 1-877-253-8965, and a case number. It’s a good idea to write down the case number and provide that to them when calling back.
