Job Opportunity

The Cash Management Specialist (aka treasury management) assists the banking team and customers in onboarding and servicing cash management products.

Responsibilities include:

  • providing Bank customers with high quality service
  • responsive support via a variety of external and internal communication channels
  • maintaining strong knowledge of products and technology needs for successful product usage
    • ACH Fraud Alert, ACH Origination, Business Plus (with cash management services), Check Positive Pay, Merchant Services (BASYS), Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep services, Wire Manager, and including future product additions or updates.
  • onboarding products and services according to established service standards
  • creating and/or gathering required documentation
  • maintaining accurate electronic records
  • completing assigned quality control routines
  • performing assigned risk management routines

This is an on-site opportunity with the Operations Team located in Saint Paul.

Qualifications

Three plus years of community banking experience.  Minimum of 1 year experience related to cash management product customer service and support. Demonstrated technology skills related to banking and cash management product usage.  FiServ/Premier usage preferred.  Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team and customers, be dependable, reliable, have a sense of urgency, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
