Job Opportunity
Experienced Banker, involved in helping our customers succeed. This role is located at the North Oaks Branch, helping with a variety of banking services in person, online, and via the phone – working together with the commercial bankers, cash management and retail teams.
Senior Relationship Bankers are the primary lender for the branch, including consumer, home equity, mortgage, and small business loan programs and primary banker working closely with Cash Management Team and Commercial Lenders.
Responsibilities
- Providing high quality professional customer service
- Maintaining strong knowledge of products and technologies used by customers
- Initiating sales and referrals in a manner to achieve goals
- Opening and servicing business accounts, personal accounts
- Successful customer onboarding and follow up
- Selling cash management products
- Lending and loan portfolio management
- Risk management
- Participating in outbound calls and events, community involvement, subject matter expert for others
Qualifications
Five plus years of retail banking experience. Minimum of 3 years lending experience (consumer, home equity, mortgage). Demonstrated skills in understanding business accounts, cash management services, sales and relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team and customers, be dependable, reliable, have a sense of urgency, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements. College Degree and/or equivalent experience/training.
