Fraud Warning: Scammers Posing as BankCherokee
We’ve been alerted to a phone spoofing scam where fraudsters are calling customers and posing as BankCherokee employees, using our legitimate phone number 651-225-6299 to appear credible.
Please be aware:
- BankCherokee will never call to request sensitive information such as account numbers, passwords, PINs, or full Social Security numbers.
- If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately and contact us directly using the phone number listed on our website.
- Do not share any personal or financial information over the phone unless you initiated the call.
We are actively working to address this issue and protect our customers. If you believe you’ve received a fraudulent call, please report it to us right away.
